KEYNOTE: REBECCA RAMNAUTH

Rebecca Ramnauth, a graduate of both New York City Public Schools and Long Island University, is currently a doctoral researcher at Yale University. Her work focuses on building theories about how people think, learn, and interact with the world around them. Then, she puts those theories on embodied systems such as social robots to better support users of various cognitive and technical abilities. Prior to Yale, Rebecca was a lecturer at Long Island University and the Director of the MIA Foundation, a non-profit that partners with local businesses and provides annual scholarships to support employment for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
